González Palma and Raich Muñoz share ideas about the creative process in the attempt to define the poetic image

Luis González Palma and Llorenç Raich Muñoz maintain, more than ten thousand kilometers apart, a lengthy correspondence in which the fraternity mediates like the blank page of an intimate diary. An epistolary relationship in which they share ideas about literature, cinema, poetry, music, photography and beauty . While they talk about the creative process, a work is created and takes shape in the company of the shadows of Edvard Munch and Chantal Maillard.

With unpublished images by Luis González Palma and an open letter by Chantal Maillard.

Luis González Palma (Guatemala City, Guatemala, 1957) is a photographer. His current interest is focused on seeking alternatives to expand the photographic image to other disciplines and narratives.

Llorenç Raich Muñoz (Barcelona, Spain, 1959) is a photography professor at the IEFC, curator and essayist. His line of work focuses on defining poetry and the narrative sense as implicit values in the poetics of photographic language.
