Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for defective items or items shipped incorrectly .

You must verify the content and status of the merchandise at the time of delivery and, once it is accepted, it is understood that you agree to what was received and waive subsequent claims.

In case of verifying errors in the merchandise received or damage to it, you must communicate this circumstance within 24 hours of receiving the order. The communication will be made by mail lasalbooks@gmail.com or by Whatsapp 674 291 788 . We will assign you a return number and a postal address to be able to make the return shipment.

The refund of the amount of the item and the shipping costs will be made once we have received it at our facilities.
