Fascism and Apocalyptic is a photobook in magazine format that explores the relationship between the 1918 flu and the rise of fascism in Germany. This work arises after investigating the economic, social and ideological effects of the pandemic that a hundred years ago caused fifty million deaths at the end of the First World War. These considerations intertwine narratively with the symbols of the Apocalypse of Saint John or Book of Revelations , in a unique German edition of 1920. The analogies between the influenza of 1918 and the current one The COVID-19 pandemic are revealed and alert us by resounding the apocalyptic echoes, in its most catastrophic sense, although also revealing, of the dangerous discourse of the extreme right rising in the world.
