Immediately after the accident, I found a blog about peacocks left in the evacuation zone, within the 20 km limit. Then I began to imagine those peacocks, walking through the empty city with their beautiful wings spread. This text is from my previous book "And where did the peacocks go?" My latest book is the new version of the series about what I have lived and digested from the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident of 2011. That incident pushed me to return to art, which I had left behind for more than 10 years. In this book, I also used the above text but added this line at the end: 'I still wonder where they went... ' - Miho Kajioka.

This new book by Miho Kajioka is an adaptation of her artist's book "And Do You Still Hear Peacocks?".

Limited edition of 500 numbered copies .

The book, presented in two parts, consists of a 48-page accordion and a second 62-page book printed on tracing paper.
